What does an R+3 plot mean?
An R+3 plot is land on which you can build a ground floor plus three storeys, four levels in total.
How much are the apartments?
The mid-range apartments start from MAD 450,000 (Moroccan dirhams). The final price depends on size and floor. Prices for the R+3 plots, retail units and the hammam plot are available on request from the sales office.
How do I get the brochure?

Can I visit before buying?
Yes. The on-site sales office is open Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, and a virtual tour of the show apartment is available on this website.
Is the residence secure?
Yes. The apartment residence is gated and secure, a first in the area, with green spaces and playgrounds for children. The R+3 plots, retail units and hammam plot are outside this residence.
Can I buy a plot to open a hammam?
Yes. One plot in the project, located outside the residence, is specifically reserved for building a hammam. Contact the sales office for its size and terms.
Are the plots and shops inside the gated residence?
No. Only the apartments are inside the gated and secure residence. The R+3 building plots, retail units and hammam plot are part of the Les Grenadiers project but are located outside the residence.
